I know you listed about herbs for pregnancy. My question is can these herbs be used as an aroma therapy also. As in defusers or oil burning? If the Herb is offered in that element.
Yes absolutely! Getting advice on what herbs or oils to use when from reputable sources or certified person is best for safety and effectiveness. But absolutely there are safe herbs for consumption and diffusing.
